MTNL Delhi has launched a great Top-up / Recharge coupon / Tariff vocuher for trump pre-paid customers. This voucher is excellent for roaming.

Recharge with Rs. 48/- and all calls (local/STD) as well as all SMS (local/STD) will be 50 paisa per minute. This call rate will be applicable in roaming also.
