Firefox for Android now offer Do Not Track option

Firefox has released beta version of its upcoming version of Firefox browser for Android phones. The new beta version of Firefox browser for Android has option to enable / disable tracking.

With “Do not track option” users can now protect their privacy online. With “Do not track” option enabled users will not be tracked for Advertising purpose. This is very good step when users privacy is concerned.

You can enable / disable “Do not track option” from preference settings of browser.

So, what are new features of Firefox Beta Version:

  • With Added Do Not Track option to Preferences, enabling you to tell sites if you prefer to opt-out of online behavioral tracking
  • Smoother panning and CSS3 Animations
  • Speed improvements, especially pertaining to page load and on 3G networks
  • Important bug fixes including compatibility with SwiftKey
