I just noticed this new feature of Google +1 button for websites. When you +1 any webpage using the official +1 button, you will get a small box to share the post on Google Plus also.

Google +1 buttons let people who love your website content recommend it on Google search. This help website to rank better in Google search results.
The +1 button is now updated with option to share on Google Plus also. When you +1 any webpages, you will notice a small box saying Share on Google+
You can select the circles among which you want to share. But you cannot edit Title, image and content. Hope Google will further update the +1 button and will give users option to edit title, image, content.
