The Google Plus app currently cannot be found on the App store using an iPad2 and if you find and download the iPhone app through iTunes on your computer, it will not install to the iPad2.
The link is iPhone ONLY. the app is NOT universal. IPad and iPod touch users are out. Best to revise the blog post and fact check.

Cliff the mobile website Says it is iPad native swell. However you cannot get it on either iPad or iPhone for some reason. If you follow the link on this page on an iPad/phone you are greeted with an error message. The same thing happens on the official google mobile website. M.google.com/plus
The app is NOT available on the app store for the iPad.
You can install the iPhone app on your iPad if you download the iPhone utility kit from apple. Just plug in your iPad load the app into the kit and install. It appears on iPad desktop. Works great.
It works, but as an old-fashioned iPhone/iPod app with a crappy resolution.
You’re better off using Google+ on the iPad through Safari.
This post sucks! Its just a waste of time. There is no Google plus app yet on the app store. You really need to check the facts before posting something lame lime this.
