How to apply this fix:

• Download the fix MicrosoftFixit.power.Run.exe from here or from Direct link
• Right click the setup and run the setup as administrator.

1. Hardware Reserved: Memory that is reserved for use by the BIOS and some drivers for other peripherals.
2. In Use: Memory that is used by process, drivers, or the operating system
3. Modified: Memory whose contents must go to disk before it can be used for another purpose.
4. Standby: Memory that contains cached data and code that is not actively in use
5. Free: Memory that does not contain any valuable data and that will be used first when processes, drivers, or the operating system need more memory

You can see how your windows 7 is using all installed memory in Resource Monitor.
Click Start >> click in the Start Search box >> type perfmon.exe /res >> then press Enter. This will start the Windows Resource Monitor. Click the Memory Tab at the top. Here you can see all detailed information.

2. SpeedFan: SpeedFan is a program that monitors voltages, fan speeds and temperatures in computers with hardware monitor chips. SpeedFan can even access S.M.A.R.T. info and show hard disk temperatures. SpeedFan supports SCSI disks too. SpeedFan can even change the FSB on some hardware (but this should be considered a bonus feature). SpeedFan can access digital temperature sensors and can change fan speeds accordingly, thus reducing noise. SpeedFan can find almost any hardware monitor chip connected to the 2-wire SMBus (System Management Bus (trademark belonging to SMIF, Inc.), a subset of the I2C protocol) and works fine with Windows 9x, ME, NT, 2000, 2003, XP, Vista and Windows 7. It works with Windows 64 bit too.

3. Real Temp: Real Temp is a temperature monitoring program designed for all Intel single Core, Dual Core and Quad Core processors. Each core on these processors has a digital thermal sensor (DTS) that reports temperature data relative to TjMax which is the safe maximum operating core temperature for the CPU. As your CPU heats up, your Distance to TjMax will decrease. If it reaches zero your processor will start to throttle or slow down so maximizing your distance away from TjMax will help your computer run at full speed and more reliably too.

4. HWMonitor: HWMonitor is a hardware monitoring program that reads PC systems main health sensors : voltages, temperatures, fans speed. In addition, it can read modern CPUs on-die core thermal sensors, as well has hard drives temperature via S.M.A.R.T, and video card GPU temperature.

• Use a laptop stand to rise laptop screen to best position and give you best posture. Laptop riser also make keyboard comfortable.
• If you don’t feel comfortable with laptop inbuilt keyboard / mouse, use external keyboard, mouse.
• Use an adjustable chair with back support Position such that you don’t have to bend your neck to see the screen.
• Weight of laptop bag should be very comfortable since you will be carrying it along with your things.
• Take short breaks every 20-30 minutes and do light exercises.
• Drinking plenty of water. It keeps the discs in your back lubricated and healthy.

If you have neck or shoulder pain, headaches at the top of your head, wrist pain or tingling in your fingers, particularly in your thumb, contact any physician. Don’t avoid these pains. If you avoid it, it will keep increasing.

Step 1:

click Start button and then click Devices and Printers.

Step 2:

Devices and Printers page will open.
Right-click the printer you want to use as default printer, and then click Set as default printer. You’ll see a green check mark on the printer’s icon signifying that it’s now your default printer.

Done, you have changed your default printer. You can change the default printer any number of times.
